Actually...I really wanna know...

Does anyone here know how to modify the standard exhaust for LC135?

I mean that,not to send it to any workshop,but,done it by our own hand,or called as DIY.Does anybody have any knowledge on it?

really want to try on something new like doing it by myself,that's whyI'm asking how to done it.haha

No la.It's my habit on doing DIY thing.even my LC have a lot of DIY and most of it on electrical stuff.I've also done some mod on my friends AHM M1(4 exhaust already) for some more performance(as being told from them lah after they have tried it =.=').Just wanna try on something new,the standard pipe~~haha.not becoz of JPJ & Polis lah.haha.

p/s:I already use aftermarket one,the YYpang sr.wanna find AHM M1.a bit jealous when my friends got it and even ask me to mod it,but I doesn't have the pipe.so pathethic.

My bike Spec:
60mm Block(1 Year & 10 Month already )
28mm UMA carb (KRR150 Mainjet size 120,pilot 35 ori UMA,with no 2 level on the needle)
High Cam UMA
Valve Spring Racing
CDI Racing BRT Dual Band
YYPang Exhaust SR Long Muffler
Port & Polish Head(But standard size valve)

MDS. 60mm blok brand MDS.all of it still original MDS,the piston,the cylinder...
just think to change the piston to HiSpeed brand after it reach 2 years

the noisy sound act is something that quite normal lorh for LC es...

but...if it is quite weird than the others,better try to consult to those who knows better on this thing(if the HLY guys still says that ur bike is nothing wrong)~~

you even got a certificate if u buy the forge rim~~

it is the certificate for warranty and report if the sport rim gone missing(means been stolen lah)

just get the better setting fot the standard carb jetting,your may increase your horse power a bit~~
plus with good combination of sprocket,you may be taken the lead among the standard LC.hehe.

p/s:changing the CDI unit,actually juz increase the power of the burning + avoid from the cut off problem that happens in standard CDI.not really give u extra performance,unless your bike can exceed the 8500rpm without any mod,then...it is berbaloi for you to change the cdi for you to see and feel the real performance & ability of your bike without mod.

what is the size of your rim??

1.6 front 1.85 back??

my own opinion,I like this size combination with the this kind of tyre~~

front=Maxxis MA-3D 80/90
Rear=Duro Racing 90/80

good for daily touring+sometimes cornering~~


p/s:mine use 90/80 front,110/70 rear.haha.but,same brand as I suggest.quite good combination for those with moderate economic status~~

Actually,I really want to see the real performance of this EO as being said by somebody before,got a CBR600RR use the Duron E only for 6000km
So...want to try the tougher one,Duron XL and want to see its performance,compare to Delvac,R3X & Motul 15/50 that I've used before~~huhu.For now,I can said that,I really satisfy with it until now and it is beyond my satisfaction upon the previous EO's Ive been used.huhu.

p/s:Even still many people use CMS cam for their ultra big bore moto~~63,65....still use CMS, =.=' I really wanna know wht..huh
