hello..my laptop seems overheated lately and I think I should clean the fan..

but do i need to replace the thermal paste? coz i bought my lappy just a year ago..(not sure whether it must be replace or not.haha)

and what kind of thermal paste recommended for me to use n the price..

and also how about air compressor spray? is it compulsory?
