I think 10 years condo need to have some uplift. of course the first thing you need to do is allocating your budget. alternatively ask ID contractor to quote for you on overall revamp of the condo. eg, painting, repair or replace tiling / wallpaper, kitchen cabinets, parquet flooring repair or change etc. then you can work out your budget from there. good luck ! but remember, you need to ask the condo management for renovation requirements. try not to do any hacking on your floors or walls which might affect the neighbours depending on which area.
