Hi all. Need a draughtsman for a commercial property in PJ. Job scope will include redrafting the floor plan, providing CAD visuals of the renovated premise and submitting to the relevant authorities for approval.

Since you are submitting to the local authorities, better to get their approved list of building draughtsman. Easier and safe you all the hassle.

Didn't know draughtsman also under their purview. But it's a good point you have there. Better check with the relevant authorities first.

The respective local authorities will normally have their own list of approved Architect & Building draughtman that allowed to submit building plans for approval. Can get the list and their contacts from the office
