seems like a few of u here hates razer huh

well, from my perspective it's slightly different, my lachesis 4000 lasted me about 4 years and nothing happens apart from me accidentally misplacing it and lost it..then i bought another razer lachesis 5600 cause i like it.

again, frm my view, to me, i think one of the reason why so many razer mouses are in rma is because probably more consumer buy razer products compare to other product thus the amount of rma? tongue.gif

then again, i do buy razer for their looks as well..i think they look better than most mouses out there, but u see that's my thoughts..probably others think otherwise tongue.gif
and lastly, i do agree this laptop is too overpriced..if hitting within the range of up to 5k+ i think people will still consider..the touchpad area aren't exactly cheap IMO ..it just matters on how u view the laptop =x

My copperhead die at 6-7months after i purchase then i send b to warranty, after 1 yr my copperhead die again.. but i still like some of razer product...
hope it wont happen again on me doh.gif

It seems like a lot of people had a nightmare with their Razer products.
For me, I have only two Razer products, the Razer Deathadder 1st gen (1800dpi) and Razer Goliathus, and maybe I think I am lucky,
the mouse never died on me, and it is more than years already if I am not mistaken, the Goliathus perform well as well. nod.gif

But talking about Blade, hmmm I'm keeping my M17x. tongue.gif

USD 2.8k with 320GB HDD and you seems okay with it?

With the rest of the specs, you should have 320GB SSD to compensate the price LOL

Add : The touchpad is more gimmick than function.

Imagine yourself in tense battlefield and somehow your hand need to leave the mouse and touch the panel, and then back to control the mouse again. I don't know, thats my expectation but how knows it come practical in real life situation.

Oh the Razer Tiamat seems interesting, with True 7.1 surround sound, I'll wait for a review first before judging. If it is proven great by reviewers, I might consider it to replace the Kave that I have now.

wow, Core i7-2640M is so powerful..has a base clock at 2.8GHz and can go up to 3.5...if this chip prices lower than 2630QM, then the 2640M is definitely all-round winner (well, if u do not open 8 apps at the same time)

btw, i lol at razer announcing the laptop as true gaming laptop - have problem at gfx
