QUOTE(iamtheone2020 @ Oct 26 2011, 02:11 PM) Start buying...i mean physical gold.Consider it's long term investment. When u read all those old posts, u will regret to see the price. Now, its difficult to get that price anymore.Just bought 1/4 oz Kijang Emas at RM1421..when i saw the price around Jan/Feb this year, couldnt help la what to say |

If u try to google a technic how to buy another phyiscal gold after u pawn the 1st one, then u will know.
Btw, its up to u whether u prefer to hold the real one or not.If using passbook, its much easier. Not so worry if anything happen when u keep physical gold i.e stolen, lost This post has been edited by potenza10: Oct 26 2011, 09:25 PM |

Gold is a long term investment..and u can consider it like an insurance to ur monies.value of monies will drop from time to time due to inflation but not for gold.its a real protector.so, keep it as long as u can.just withdraw for your profit when the price is right, meanwhile hold ur capital.

QUOTE(cherroy @ Oct 27 2011, 05:32 PM) Gold doesn't must insure you against inflation. Its up to u if wanna see past 20 or 30 yrs..but at this time, it is worth to buy gold rather than to keep cash money. In fact, for the past 30 years, it showed low correlatiom hedging against inflation. We had period of gold price stagnant for 20 years and inflation has been double, triple or more exactly price has escalating more than 5x, 10x in the past 20 years, while gold price was little change throughout the 20 years period. |

QUOTE(iamseng @ Nov 7 2011, 07:23 AM) Hi guys i need some advice...am nee to the gold investig scene. every purchase got their spread.so, if u buy 20g bar at 1 piece meaning u just spent your money at 1 spread.if u buy 2 10g or 4 5g meaning u spent more money on the spread.Just opened a pbb gold account n now planning to buy some physical gold. Is it safe buying frm www.nubex.com? Plan to buy 20g perth mint gold bar. Another question is which is better to buy? 4 5g bar/ 2 10g bar or 1 20g bar. Or would u guys suggest buying a different gold bar all togather like the pamp. Thanx. Hope to have many a lively discussion here every piece got their spread.if u buy 20g 1 piece, u just spent 1 amount of the spread. I put Kijang Coin as an example 1 oz = the spread is rm200+ 1/4 oz = the spread is 100+ So, u can calculate the spread if u buy 4 1/4oz coins |
