I'd like to get a single coin as a retirement gift for someone, no investment intentions. Any advice on type, ease of purchase, any owner's registration complications? How about from a jeweler?

Sorry to interrupt you serious traders again. I have been considering a coin as a gift, and have been shown a 100 Ringgit 1971 high purity one.

Is there a formula to calculate its price using the daily rate?
