I'm actually an active person, being a part time dancer and i do exercise regularly but then during exam period i'll surely be gaining alot due to stress and food binge. Now i'm back to my old weight and seem to be losing more..and cellulite starts popping out! its seriously NOT a good sight seeing all those dimples and flabby area...any advice? or any products i can use? im a student btw, my budget aren't that high...if can i want those flabby-ness to poof away coz i look like twenty years older from the behind. no seriously. those cellulite seem to be concentrating on my butt area sad.gif

You ca buy a soft bristle shower brush and dry brush daily upwards toward the heart. This supposedly improves circulation and reduces cellulite.
I dont know how effective it is, because I'm too lazy to do every day. I should start too

actually i think its just some loose skin.maybe u lost alot of weight fast.
if thats the case then it will get back to normal slowly.
ur skin will stretch to fit ur current body size.

if it is really cellulite then u should probably try to reduce excess body fat percentage
and also some strength/resistance training might help.
I say might because cellulite is a skin problem not a fat/weight problem.
Dieting hard can make it worse so you should definitely avoid that.
Some people are just more predisposed to getting it due to genetics, hormones or even race.
So there isn't any magic treatment that will make it disappear.
Basically just exercise, eat healthy and take care of your skin and it should show results.just not immediate.

You can start scrubbing your skin with coffee grinds. Apparently, it's caffeine helps to rub off the cellulite.

"Gently heat a 2 cups of coconut oil and add a few tablespoons of fresh coffee grinds. Steep for 5 minutes, strain the grinds and leave it to cool in the fridge. Apply daily after a shower and you’ll notice some change in the appearance of your skin."
