I can't believe I bought this, it was completely useless for me. I go to the gym regularly, so I knew what to expect when they claimed it "dramatically" increased muscle activity. It did not make my muscles feel "on fire", and I am by no means a hard core weight lifter. I did follow the video instructions, but it was no better. Overall, the product is made of what feels to be a cheap plastic material and the movement of the weight inside is not smooth as you would expect. I tried using it a couple times but gave up... it's now sitting somewhere in my garage. I should have bought a normal pair of dumbbells.
