Hi, i have basic 20x70 terrace hse.. Im new in renovation and had allocated 200k to fix this house inclusive of furnishing..

From electrical to tiles, plaster ceiling, wardrobe, painting, porch, kitchen extension, plumbing, tv cabinet etc.... it covers everything.

However I do not know which to starts with so it wont interfere with the next process..

Any guidance?
