so that when anybody get caught
its their own fault and theres nothing they can contest about

or if they insist want to contest it - under my rule, we still practice democracy - then if they lose which most probably they will, the summon will be doubled or tripled

perhaps we will introduce tiers of summon pricing
small/average cars stay with the current price
big cars maybe five times bigger
singporean/thai/foreign cars could be 10 times more
or until their pants off altogether

money we collect from speeding summons, we go buy all exotic cars for police
