when i am in power
i will publish all the places we put speed trap cameras
ALL of THEM
and we do it in the correct way
got people taking the shots and be seen by all that travel

so that when anybody get caught
its their own fault and theres nothing they can contest about

or if they insist want to contest it - under my rule, we still practice democracy wink.gif - then if they lose which most probably they will, the summon will be doubled or tripled

perhaps we will introduce tiers of summon pricing
small/average cars stay with the current price
big cars maybe five times bigger
singporean/thai/foreign cars could be 10 times more
or until their pants off altogether

money we collect from speeding summons, we go buy all exotic cars for police

agreed on the difference of the summons. nicee.. but, publishing the speedtraps area, i think it's not a wise decision. Then, rather than be careful all the time, ppl will just drive slow at the speedtraps area. other area? zoom2.. btw, personal opinion, i don't like speed traps though.

110km/h on the speedometer isnt accurate..drive from kl with 110km/h to penang should be able to reach within 3 hours++..but that can only be achieved for those driving 140km/h++..

For the tier summons rate, would it make more sense to make the summon higher for smaller car since its more dangerous for them and other road userwhen they speeding? E.g. a bmw at 160km/h is by far more stable than kancil at the same speed. Just my 2 cent. icon_rolleyes.gif

Those speedometers are accurate... Just that you cant be doing the same speed all the time... You stop awhile for toilet, you slow down for tol, too many cars etc and you cant be on the highway all the time... Unless you changed your tire/rim size without calibrating the speedo

And you can test your speedo accuracy by using GPS...
