I had a strange problems in internet connection.when im playing games i can signed online but when im back to home/xmb theme for surf internet/add friends got "DNS error" & my router keep on off like trying to connect but failed..help me guys

Guys, help me.recently im downloading a movie in mkv format..it seems the movie is great , but the sound is horrible..i try to fix but the same thing happens..ist it because of the sound format? currently im testing many converters from internet..megui, yamb etc but none of them can convert to readable sound format..the problem is the sound..not quality of the picture..help guys
