guangyeow,you can use PSPTUBE for it's the best avi player for the psp.But still,it sucks real bad quality wise.It's way better to stick with mp4 videos.

Added on August 8, 2008, 12:41 amAzrene,try this.
Access recovery mode (Hold the off switch for 3-5 seconds,then HOLD R and boot your psp up)

Then go to advanced and select the last option in it which says "Format Flash 1".
