i facing some weird prob. either my mod chip out date or lens dirty or something.
now i facing red screen issue on some games, but play on other console it can be play . how ah ?

mostly marvel superheroes game : marvel nemesis, ultimate spiderman, the hulk.
can it be due to mod chip out dated =P

my ps2 4 Years old =) 39006 ntsc/j
and it can still play dvd and music cd

but still dunno y some game cant play ...screen of death as i borrow the game to my fren , can play

Guyz i have some question to ask .


as pic above there is 10 tab and screw , but my model 39006 only have 8 is that normal ? and i wanted to tune the white gear but somehow i cant open the bottom cover in order to open the top as well.
cause currently i facing prob of having a red screen and i tested mostly those disc are csd ver. just currently the launch of new game title from sept onward it seem that csd disc give me red screen anyone can help tq

just press eject button, then press the on button to off then off ps2

help izzit the csd ver game got prob or my console

i try tuning and it dint work , it keep bringing me to red screen or browser. tis happen when i buy csd type game ? so how to solve it ?

all can except for the ori part (talak) and only happen mostly on csd ver game disc =(

i c, but is hard to find shop that aint selling csd ver , care to pint point which outlet in sg $ , my fren ps2 can play it while i cant , that y i thinking izzit the mod chip

yeah, right after oct nov the csd ver started giving me prob

so get ppl to change the mod and how much would that be or seek tot31 for recommend mod chip?

i can peek the chip right under the controller slot there , it is yellow colour with n-t code with it and the made in china word too

did u ask the shop , can it play ps1 games ? if yes it should be like normal method the way u put in ps2 games too

ya rm300 for lens...6 years my ps2 lens still readable.. touch wood

u might wanna edit what u say there ain't ps2 game price is the same for slim and fat
