may i know where and when he bought it? now i have seen 3 cases like this, have to wait for the thing to 'warm up' etc, then only can play.and whats the model number?

i read rumours that v15 consoles have issues with modchips.. i can say if still got warranty, go change it.

some sites that i went said that v15 have issue regarding modchip. that means maybe no modchip in the current market supports v15 yet. like i said, if still have warranty, claim it.

1. Make sure ur ps2 is phat
2. ps2 ntsc u/c can only play ntsc u/c game online..so on..but if youcan google idchanger..
3.nowadays the game must be patched in order to play online. go back a couple of pages to see my guide.

the modchip no problem, its the machine. as for the best slim, i wouldnt know. i have a phat ps2..and my slim is now with my bro..he is abusing it everyday..despite the overheat urban legend..he has v12

dvdr habis la bro..kikiki! no aku punya dev 2 ada prob. all elf yg penting like hdloader, launch elf 4.01 and cb9 cannot be launched. comes to black screen.i formatted the hdd full hdd format twice already using winhiip 1.7.6, still cannot..aku pon dah pening. i have also reflashed my MI again pon tak jalan gak. rclxub.gif skang aku internet buzy 'waiting' for ff12..hehehe

can, if u have ntsc u/c slim and want to play ntsc titles, OR u have ntsc/j and play ntsc/j titles.

the only way to know is by opening it.

alternatively you can hold triangle and circle on pad during the boot. u will see the MI configuration mode. try to change it. if ori MI no problem, if counterfeit, u will end up with a dead chip.

what ps2 version u r using? phat or slim?

it seems like ur ps2 cant read cds. try to get cd based games for ps2, like tekken tag or tribes ariel assult. if cant, that means your ps2 cant read cds anymore.

dia lebih kurang sama ngan MI. cuma kau takleh ubah apa2 setting. mampos chip tuh nanti. lepas tuh comatibality dia tinggi lagik la.member2 aku yg pakai klon punya ps2 depa no prob baca dvdr
