how to back up app from ipad?

recently i found that itunes doesnt backup my data in ipad2 which it did last time.. so it make me cant arrange my app in ipad thru itunes...
i wonder what is going on? my ipad ver. is 4.3.3, i can solve this problem only if i update my ipad2? |
