Where do you guys play rugby anyways? Lama dah aa x main ragbi. Tgk2 gian la plak. But doubt that I'm fit though.Need to get fit back. Miss all the knocking downs. Hahaha. Used to do that a lot. Becoming the battering ram.

Aku dok Bangsar. Dulu sampai form 3 sekolah kat BBBS and train under Cobra laa, psl time tuh Cobra mmg adopt skolah kn. Train under Rory Teng. Tapi form 4 aku blah and pegi MRSM kat Perlis, so main kat sana. Itu last la, lama sgt dh x main. Haram x fit langsung.

nway...at least ure not fit je...boleh kejar..hohoho....i got a torn ligament after playing the last kyuem opens...it still hurts trying to just jog...sheesh

Aku broke metatarsal and torn ligaments main futsal last August. Metatarsal tu dah heal kot, tapi ligaments aku masih sakit aa. Tiap2 kali main futsal sakit jugak laa tapi aku belasah je.

hohoho....futsal is that dangerous..bapak bes....anyone had any ligament injury before?..how long does it really take to heal completely?

Aku main keeper time tuh,nak slide for ball...kaki terkepak...biasa je buat sliding movements tuh, salah timing je kot time tuh...kalo operate kaki lama la kot...at least a few months laa...

i did injure my hamstring..it usually happens wen u try 2 suddenly accelerate...after a month, i got back on a field n wen i tot it was completely healed, i was wrong.....it snapped back again...n then it took 3 months....never take an injury for granted...btw, for ligaments, do alot of stretchings b4 u do anything...itll get ur muscles n ligaments ready for any stranious exercises

usually do that nowadays...kalo tak kaki nih mmg tak jogging the next day and duk umah...huhu...hate injuries..if only the world was injury free...hoho

oh well...do u think canterbury boots are ok? terusha kat the curve arituh...140 je kalo tak silap:P
