Yes. U cannot pull the palm out together with the plastic wrapping Coz u will likely pull out the flap too. Best is cut the plastic.

Haha, qc problems as usual. Even the red paint you can see is bubbling.

really .... I cannot see bubbling... it's high gloss red paint... what you may observe is paint bleed... silver over the red.
