How many of you dread going out during break time due to the jam ? The thought of looking for a parking spot, driving under the sun, and the ever so alarming food prices?
How many of you would vote for a home cooked meal (either your lunch or dinner) to be delivered to you? I would just like to see how many of you would like such a service, against the number of you who like to actually go out for a meal?

I actually started preparing dinner for my husband to take to work, and then it expanded to some of his friends. I was told that my food was good, and I should venture on a bigger scale..I just want to test the market to see what you guys think first...

Well. what if we target the offices that have in house pantry, and have an extensive menu.

Thanks for the many thoughts. Yes, I am supplying in the microwaveable container. Below is the list of menu that I have came up with

Wk01
a) Singapore Bee Hoon (with seafood)
b) Nasi Goreng Kampong & Tumeric Fried Chicken & Fried Egg
c) Steam Rice with Dried Chilli Fried Chicken
d) Nasi Padprik & Fried Egg
e) Steam Rice with Sweet Sour Chicken

Wk02
a) Fried Kueyteow (with Prawns)
b) Nasi Goreng Tomyam with Fried Egg
c) Steam Rice with Cashew Nut Prawns
d) Spagetti Bolognese
e) Steam Rice with Ginger Chicken.

I am able to innovate the menu every now and then... but for a start what do you think?

Thanks for all of your input. I was at a dilemma of choosing the menu. At first, I wanted to go for high end kind of meal to make it for attractive, but I realized people are getting economical, and I had to get the price to a least RM5. I cannot go more than that. Therefore, I was not able to go for the high end kind of meal( eg Western, Japanese, Indian etc).

Yes, I noticed that my menu may be similar to most restaurant but the benefits are:
a) Cheap and affordable. Value for money as home cooked meal are cleaner, nutritious and have more ingredients. You would easily spend RM10( with drinks) if you go to a shop in KL or PJ area.
b) No need to drive out, and look for parking. You get your meal at your doorstep. Sometimes spend of parking fee.
c) Minus travel time- you have longer lunch hour to rest.

These are my thoughts....

Guys, it has been long since I dropped into this forum. Based on soem of your opinion I did try to venture into this idea. Have started well, and of course, it has its challenges. But so far, I am satisfied that everyone has complimented my food. I have started a facebook page and started marketing onto facebook.
