Just wondering, how do i make an NA account? Using Hotspot Shield? I am assuming that the Gayrena account are not transferable to LoL US.

Finally made a NA account, cheesenium.
Gonna give LoL a try before deciding which game to stick to. |

Just one question, when I was patching my LOL client US, it says blocked near the region button. How do I fix this problem?
