Nope, it was samsung white that 3-1 sktt1 k twice in both spring & summer split but unlucky for white to meet their sister team during the semi finals who already know most of white's strategies, alternate wardings & rotation patterns. Also white is cocky in those games, you can see spams laughs/unnecessary skills in fights just to show they are not fully prepared against blue.

nope wont work, garena's lol data are mostly extracted format so file structure is very different compare to NA client

some of them dont play here mostly because generalization of toxicity from other asian MMO games
IMO toxicity depends on your normal/ranked elo & your ability to perform
bad latency affects a lot on your ability to perform at floor level
if you cant perform, you are bound to match with shitty teammates
NA server won't save you from toxic teammates because you are handicapped with bad ping
