Some players did not get any rewards at all despite qualifying. Spilled over onto their forums from Customer Service complaints.

Lags have been constant last couple of days. 2 hours ago the entire server went down, then the forums erupted again when that happened because of the Ranked losses. They've disabled Ranked since bringing it up though.A friend forwarded to me his complaint to Customer Service. The CS replied for him to post in the Facebook comments section under the Season 3 Rewards news broadcast for 'the LoL operations team to look at'. He's given up on his rewards for s3. |

but ranked rewards now have been set at cut off date 12 Nov 2013 right? means any additional ranked gains will not entitled you any more rewards right even u gain plat?

why can't i use my smurf lvl 6 to gift the mystery gifts to my main ? I have yet to receive any items on my main and its already lvl 30
