mine last time shows 3.5gb which is not normal, after I done a restore only then it shows 0.3gb.. Now its been like 3 months, it only goes up to 0.7gb. This happen before I jailbreak my iPad 2.

Keep in mind if you always watch youtube video it will take some storage. I would suggest you to clear the cache in Safari, it might help to reduce Others size.
