WTA ELCB connection, For water heater

ELCB is place in the incoming. You put only for specific load? very wrong.
The water heater breaker are really good. Well unless you buy some unknown brand of water heater than is difference. You can test the water heater breaker frequent to reduce the risk.

If you don't know much of electric and current please skip some lunch use the money to hire proper electrician. You don't want to become Automan.
