Hokkaido at Gardens is my favourite so far. We enjoy the beef ramen, salad and sashimi set. It will come to RM30-RM50 per pax. Previously i used to go Sushi Zanmai, but the queue is scary.

In fact Rakuzen, Sushi Zanmai, Pasta Zanmai, Hokkaido belong to the same group. We can always find similar dishes among them.

Wish to try out Kimpachi. Should i try out the Sunday buffet or Sat's ala-carte buffet?

1) Teppanyaki BEEF
2) Fresh Salmon sashimi
3) Mochi
4) Tempura prawn
overall are nice. Will i come back? Of Course!!

Sorry, no photo cos don't have a good camera for it.

Tried Kampachi both on Sat-ala-carte buffet & Sun-buffet... i will go back to Sat.

Most of my favourite stuff on Sat's menu, and i get better service. Sunday is crowded and lot of queue, therefore more relax.

I tried both in Kampachi in Equatorial KL.
Sat afternoon-Ala-carte buffet (less varieties compared to Sun, good stuff is available anyway, less crowded, better service)
Sun afternoon-Buffet (more varieties, self-service, queue)
Like the salmon, teppanyaki beef and prawn/vege tempura the most.

Good choice...go ahead and try! It is a good restaurant. But I hope there is no double standard if using a coupon.

Sound positive.

No double standard at all. Just they limit the no of groupon user per day. Fantastic food. Love the scallop cheese, the sashimi and the thin ra-men very much. Will definitely go again. No photo sorry.

Sukiya is finally open yesterday (15th Nov 2012). Tried it. Would i come back? Yes, of course. But have to choose the right timing cos this area is black spot for parking.
