Ya, Ishin at old klang road is one of the best japanese food.
But i more prefer Kin Shui Tei at Tropicana golf club.
For me Kin Shui Tei portion is bigger and cheaper compare with Ishin. But the food quality is as good as Ishin (or more and less).
Ishin by Chef Q is bit stingy on his portion of Sashimi. Yes, fresh but pricey indeed. But i more prefer Kin Shui Tei at Tropicana golf club.

As for KinShuiTei, the Tropicana Club didn't want to contract with them any further after many years of business. Maybe they prefer new face, new name? And the Japanese head chef had transfer to Nagomi Shabu-Shabu at Menara Hap Seng and sometimes he'll visit the Jaya33 branch on weekends. My family and i been following him after the closure of KinShuiTei. Generous japanese chef, i must say, only when he's around
