itz a piece of a so-called carpet.. if i'm not mistaken, they are used to cover wet cements from being stepped onto... 

bro, two colour u mean black and orange ? the black colour sleeves is 24pin power socket for mobo, will it better if i sleeved all into one colour only ?  
what i think is the PSU is giving me the prob, cos this PSU have a additional power bay (in black colour) which make the whole thing look more complicated. Maybe i'm going to change anoter PSU ba...

anyway, dat carpet serves lotsa things...
- dust trapper.. i prefer the dust to be trapped there rather than on other components..

- aestatic value.. i can cover the silverish base of the casing with the chop "QC OK!!"

- sound dampener.. so i wish...

nway ksl279, watercooled rig is indeed 1 hell of a challenge for wire management department. /me havent had any xp wif any watercooled rig b4... but yours, datz a TT casing ryt? this was wat i managed to do previously.
