When comes to cable management it would wise not to use too much of the port connecter of the case ...
it would just increases the difficulty of managing the cables ... GT 7 you can refer to above link for how i manage the similar case .... |

There's nth more u could do with the PSU cable anymore it's the best way to hide it already ... the only issue is u have too much of other cables that stuck in the same direction as well ... What i did last time was to built a custom length of Sata power connecter the cable goes through the case on the other side and up to the power source. in total i did only have one power cable sourced from PSU two support HDD, and optical drives. (the opitcal drive powe cable was custom made as well) besides that remember to tie up the cables that goes through the mobo to the other side of the case. |

The thing is he didnt tie it up together strong so it is left over hanging ...
i had the same problem when doing the cable management .. .so must get it tie properly and position straight ... |

Hmm .. for ur case i think u better go for modular PSU to reduce the hassle of managing all those cables .... Tagan and SS would be the most suitable candidate if affordable...
we will stay tune until ur exam is done .... |

Yes i was using Enermax Liberty 500 watts before it been blown by lightning strike ... There's spaces above the top CD-ROM bay ... that allowed u to store those excessive cables .... but it would be a bit tight so need to tie those uneeded cables befoe chuck it in ... then leave out one of two power cables for ur ROM, HDD and fan usage. @mADmAN I do agree with u that after plug in the cables it would be a little messy for the PSU area ... .that's one mistake that i over look last time before getting the modular PSU .... |

I havent tried yet but i do know that those stiff cables are very difficult to hide and manuplate with ...
there's no other option then live with it or just get it changed ... |

this is really how it should be, ..... maybe u just need to sleeve the cables black to match ur PSU cables...
after all it's really much more better than before.. |

hmm i think it's always difficult to manage transparent case and this is on of those.
I think the case should belong to UV thread rather than this topic .. sorry no offense coz the UV effect is much more eye catching than nice cable management.. |

QUOTE(LittleLinnet @ May 3 2007, 01:25 AM) neat and hidden? nvm.. sometimes funny questions just pop up from no where.... Well, hidden is surely neat But neat wont surely be hidden It is kinda subjective lolz...wondering why my mind suddenly pops out such question QUOTE(llllNarutollll @ May 5 2007, 04:52 AM) before talking about the cable management, are u sure that ur Hdds are getting sufficient cooling since both hard disk are not within the airflow of the front intake fans ... just need to work on the CCFL power cables and switches ... look a bit messy laying around the bottom of the case ... |

hah?? that's totally different HDD cage ..it faced different direction... can it be done without too much of modification ...???
what about the cooling performance.. ?? won't it be restricted as the holes aren't that much compared to G7 Hdd Cage.. |

yah i never like those mesh grills ... immediately replaced with normal fan grill for better airflow and lesser noise .

@jchou87
I think it would be better u just sleeve everything in black with normal PC cable sleeve instead of those PVC sleeve that's too thick in size and would be block airflow within the case.. other than that, perhaps u could sleeve all the cables with the same colors ... else it looks very messy ... |
