how could you abandon your own country man? Sakit hati to dengar :- (1) Mata said Arsenal cannot compete with Chelsea and he wants to join Chelsea to win, bla bla........... (2) Mertasaker said he is not joining Arsenal. Call me a sour grape or whatever, I hope they are both wrong. Yesterday received an email regarding cerita dongeng baru ayam vs canon. |

Well this is for reading pleasure. But definitely will be ultra happy if it becomes real :-
Arsene Wenger's attempts to recruit desperately needed reinforcements to bolster his faltering side may rest on Arsenal's abilities to reach the Champions League. Wenger is hopeful of bringing in Sochaux's Marvin Martin, but two more of his targeted signings, Yann M'Vila and Eden Hazard, will wait until after tomorrow night's second leg against Udinese before deciding on a move to the Premier League. Wenger is seeking to fill the gaps left by Cesc Fabregas's departure and Samir Nasri's impending move to Manchester City ahead of next week's transfer deadline. Everton's Phil Jagielka remains a target too, although the England centre-half is also unsure whether to make the move. Martin has emerged as one of the rising stars of Laurent Blanc's refreshed national side – he scored twice in a summer friendly against Ukraine – and would cost in the region of £10.5m. Earlier this month Martin, 23, received high praise from the France manager after another friendly against Chile in which he outshone Nasri. "He feels the football," was how Blanc described Martin, who is known as "Petit Xavi" at Sochaux. Wenger works for French television as a co-commentator on international games so is well aware of his abilities. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/footbal...st-2342189.html? We still have Arshavin to play in the centre. Once we are through to CL, then we can reinforce the team. Yea lets get through Thursday first, then worry later. |

The UEFA Appeals Body has granted a stay of execution to the appeal lodged earlier today by Arsenal FC and their manager Arsène Wenger.
The Appeals Body will take a decision in due time, but not before Arsenal's UEFA Champions League game against Udinese Calcio in Italy on Wednesday. http://www.uefa.com/uefa/footballfirst/mat...ay+of+execution |

QUOTE(maximus85 @ Aug 24 2011, 02:30 AM) The downfall of Arsene Wenger begins this Thursday morning. I already no eye see Arsenal these days... Not by this stubborn idiot. He has lost the plot, and he's bringing the club to hell together wif him, in the expense of us, fans.. This is a free world.I'll be rooting for Udinese to qualify. All of a sudden i just felt that this is a necessary evil in order to save the club. I do believe there are live after AW.. Someone just need to make the tough call.. You can do anything you like. No need to tell us. One less supporter like you makes no difference. |

Ferguson tells snipers to lay off Wenger
QUOTE But Ferguson believes Arsenal will not find a better manager than his old rival and has urged Wenger to reach for a set of earplugs. "It's a crazy world we're in," Ferguson said. "It's a critical world and you only need to lose a couple of games to have critics howling down at you. "All the talk is about Arsenal and Arsene leaving. But who can replace him? It's the most ridiculous situation. The man has been simply unbelievable. He has given Arsenal platforms they never thought they'd get to. "He should carry on. He shouldn't listen to the critics. The one thing you need in this game is earplugs." http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/...-wenger?cc=4716 |

QUOTE(-Hzu- @ Aug 25 2011, 05:03 AM) Is away goal rule being applied here? If so, Arsenal should take this chance.. score at least one goal. yes. a draw we r through.but if still maintain 1-0, then extra time, then if still same score, then it will be penalties taking. lets not go into extra time. we hv to kaw tim them by 2nd half. |
