Yes and no. If overflow excess that until touching your spring/suspension, then you need to trim it. If overflow slightly from the entrance hole, then its okie if you dont want to trim also can.

Yo bro. here is my late review of the chassis foam - undercarriage + A pillars on my old faithful Iswara aeroback.

So after foaming, I drove it back home, then went for holiday, didn't touch my Iswara for nearly 2 weeks. After getting back to KL, was surprised to feel improvements in road noise levels. The sound characteristic seems to have changed, not so 'rough' sounding as before, much more tolerable. Wind noise reduction not major but got some slight improvement. Overall, very good product, old car like mine also can feel better!

Sorry for the late review, last 3 weeks i did the chassis foam on my Iswara, within 1 hour after the foaming process finish, i went to test drive with Kevin, already can feel the different, it feel more quiet and more comfortable during go through uneven road. when do cornering, it allow higher speed cornering than before doing the foam. maybe the effect feel better because i just changed to new lighter sport rims. haha, thanks bro

What MPV was it, bro? Most of the MPV have bigger beams undercarriage that why after foam, it reduced the road and tires noise quite significantly. Some other cars like Forte and newer version of Saga BLM and Savvy also have quite a "thick" beams that cause noise turbulence.
