try ADA phyton git, it's very useful

ADA Phyton Git wont be able to get rid of this. You need to ensure proper flow all over the tank. I would say ADA Phyton Git is more to preventive measurement but it is not a standalone solution for your issue. I have been using ADA Phyton Git since day 1 in. I usually dose around 5 drops each time after water change.

Best way is to trim all of your affected Glosso.
This thread seems to be quite active. Planted tank is not as complicated as people tend to project it. I always keep mine as simple as possible and minimal maintenance. Afterall, you want to enjoy the tank more than all the maintenance work.

Actually bulb Kelvin (K) rating is not the exact indicator of spectrum.

I am currently using Giesemann Midday tube rated @ 5600K (similar to sunlight during mid day) and manage to grow Glosso in a very healthy state.
