Happy new year plantese. I am from ipoh. I just purchased a taiyo cannister 1200. May i know wht is liy pipe functions? Is there any inflow or outflow of lily pipe? Means need buy 2? I am quite new. Started this hobby 2 mths ago. I m in planted tanks. Wana to knw do i need to buy those baja(fertilizer) for soil? If yes, wht brand?my tank is 50cm. Please advise

U can buy it frm greentown mall (hq) or jusco (new branch). I forgot the name bt start with Pretty something. Get it from greentown. Better. U may get it from LFS as well

Yup...lfs= local fish shop. Cum kl la. A lot choices compared to ipoh...saturday make a trip to kl. Sure u wont regret.^^

I just set up a new tank 2 days ago. Now the water getting clear. But my plants seems like cover with dirt. Shall I clean them and how to do it?

anyone using Shiruba 303 power filter? is it suitable for 2 feet tank?

i think T5 is better than PL. more bright and suitable for planted tank

Eheim Classic canister the best I guess...

both are not good, one of the parts broken then you would need to buy another new filter.
I only trust Eheim, or Taiyo (made in china).

yeah better bite the bullet one time and go get the good one it is a filter it run 24/7 non stop except for washing laaa... so do not compromise on it... cheaper filter is noisy / prone to leak which will destroy your cabinet or sofa if you kile me work 8 hours.... imagene leak during working hour... come back house flooded tank become dry....(well not that dry haha you get what I mean) and the parts super hard to get and replace... now EHEIM doing promo Just buy one... very worth it

I think it depends on luck and how u take care of it.
My jebo 835 is quite silent and working for a few years now, and my new eheim 2213 is quite noisy but it is working well.
