any1 here got use be4 H.E.L.P advance soil ? any comment and about he soil ?

hais , i just set up my tank and thinking for put some plant and mainly is for my wild betta .. not yet put in any fish ..but no confidence ady .thinking of taking out the H.e.l.p soil ..
The packing of the soil state there " ph drop dramaticaly ..but i google it some ppl say the ph will drop around 5.8-5.9..

be4 putting in the soil didnt u guys rinse the soil ? or direct put in as instruction ?

thanks bro , i think i use some normal betta to try 1st .. if cant i will change lol .. >< any nice water plant recomend thats require low maintance ?

the main problem the soil is , ph kh value not stable .. if change 20%-30% of the water the ph will raise back to 7.3~7.5 .. and 1-2 days days later will drop to 5.8-5.9 ... will this affect the fish ?
