Erm, the rates are estimation, though. They might be a bit pricey, but they are definitely better than the national postal system in terms of reliability and speed.

It only takes 14 working days depends on the location.

EMS is worldwide. At US it is called Express Mail. For Registered Mail from US, it will be the quotes in First Class Mail + USD 15 for that. Sometimes they use Priority Mail (considered as package mailing), which is cheaper and traceable.
