cikin got protein. your wound would heal faster. but eat fish better. more protein.

Chicken no problem. Don't eat seafood like shellfish, prawn, siham, crab etc. All the 'gatal' food wil cause the wound to heal slow.

All bullshit except for the soysauce and seafood stuff. So if you live in a jungle and only have meat as your food, then got injured, how?
