Hello guys. I need to ask a question on my laptop asus N45s with nvidia geforce 555m

The problem started when i cant play games duento the integrated graphic card in the global settings. This problem was settled by one of the threads in here. Later i fpund out that the games i was playong is still a bit laggy and is not fully satisfactory even with the 2g graphic card . Is this normal for latop or am i having problems with the settings of the graphic card. Im dissapointed in paying a lot of
Money not to get the best outcone somebody please help me . By the way the game i was playing is assasin creed 2 and the witcher 2 .. Thanks in advance

@KongorJr., can you download MSI AfterBurner and Furmark and run those at default settings and see the graph on MSI AfterBurner, whether its constant speed or not?

I'm not sure I've seen any problems on the U series or other Asus lappies so far.

Doesn't seems got people complaining similar problem with two previous gen Asus..

It won't exactly directly solve the problem. We're still trying to identify the problem and so far got 1 N45Sf having similar problem.
So we need more data whether this problem is across the whole N45SF or it just a defect..

Download, install and run both of it. Start Furmark and monitor the MSI AfterBurner, you should see some graph on it. See if the 3rd and 4rf graph is constant or there is sometime dropping..

we need to identify what is causing it first. We do appreciate if u could run the test as tought by lee_what2004. We wanted to gather as much data as possible. Don worry, i'm the first with this problem

I try not to think that way>.< swt. The card should be the same with N55SF right...... but duckies one no problem>.< same power brick somemore.....

Added on August 22, 2011, 2:24 amit could be just me, not necessary all N45SF. Thats why we need more N45SF users to test....

Hmm....I should try and get the 45. But then when the 55 has HD+....that really turned the tables.

how is the display between N53 and N55? is it same or different?

N53 = 1366x768
N55 with i7 = 1366x768
N55 with i5 = 1600x900

correct me if i'm wrong..

Has anyone spotted a matte-display N55SF in KL-PJ area? I saw it once in sunway pyramid but it disappeared a few days later. The shop keeper didn't know what I was talking about
