yesterday day while i was watching a a video, all of a sudden my laptop just switches off on its own as if someone pulled off the battery and power supply at the same time...
and when i boot it up again, all the sound produced sounded like robots and its very weird... spend 1 whole night recovering using the recovery cds...
anybody had this problem before???
also, my ATK seems to fail me all the time... This morning after getting everything to work again, i made a backup using Norton Ghost, after booting up, media keys (volume, mute, play, stop, power plan) all didnt work until i reinstalled ATK Package....
U r using N45 or N55?As i said earlier,if problems still persist and everything fails..do a clean format. Some of the bloatwares if u left there,it causes Window Explorer problem. Some if u uninstalled, then another problem.and when i boot it up again, all the sound produced sounded like robots and its very weird... spend 1 whole night recovering using the recovery cds...

Nope. No vibration. All the sounds still come out from internal speaker. The woofer just sits there idle with no sound.
The bass coming out from the internal speaker is still surprisingly good tho even without the woofer. But man oh man, I know I would be wowed if my woofer did work.
As ppl mentioned, plug in DEEPER.When i bought mine,i though my sub woofer didnt work either.Rupa rupa have to plug in deeper The bass coming out from the internal speaker is still surprisingly good tho even without the woofer. But man oh man, I know I would be wowed if my woofer did work.
