poslaju today sent tomorrow will receive if you want more faster self-collect next day of sent like me always self-collect usually at 9am-10am at poslaju centre here:)

I Think It Quite The Same Quality With Other Courier.Their Have Their Own Pros And Cons.I Was An Ex Worker Of Airpak Express.

don't use, my place JB here, usually take 3 days to reach me from west malaysia city and everytime the tracking system write "out for delivery" but after 2 days it's still "out for delivery", i need to call and ask "you can't find my place? you didn't call me?" they will just use the most often excuse as "we sent already but nobody pickup phone or nobody at home" while the truth is phone never rang, place got people there 24hours per day!!
this happened to Skynet and TNTT too!
just check the shop around you there to see which courier service is better, mine here poslaju/citylink/gdex/kangaroo all nice service, send to west malaysia also second day reach and cheap!

Last year i warranty my Cosair ram, they use Airpak to send the new ram to me.
The story begin with the worker just throw my item on the floor, and leave without getting my signature. After that i found the item is broken and i complaint to them.

The worst thing is they are too clever, they bk to my house, asking my dad to sign and said after sign they will give my dad the "NEW parcel". For sure, until today i receive nothing.

I complaint again, more than 1 year until today. I complaint more than 5 times. They never bother on my case. this is airpak.

may i know the courier charge for 5kg item ?

mm...anyone can help me here? i bought something online and the seller courier the merchandise i bought with this airpak. I've acquire the connote from the seller and track my parcel in their website. However, the status stated in their website for my parcel is "Held in branch", may i know what is that mean? I tried to call them up but no 1 is picking up those calls and i even call up several branches. Can anyone help??

Ordered something from Taobao and it was passed on to Airpak for Malaysia delivery. I can curse this f***ing company all day long if I wanted to.

Sent me an sms telling me to wait and didnt show up. Call me again two days later and didnt show up again. Was so fed up that I drive all the way to their office to self collect.

If you think POSLAJU is shit, then this is beyond description using words.

I received the yellow card, I called to ask is it can arrange to send the parcel to my company, the operator hold my line 5 minutes, then asked so many questions before asked for my company address...
After I provided the address, the lady asked me "But the address here is put as Wxxxx Ixxxxx Condo?"
I explained, yes, but I am not at home, that's why I asked is it possible to resend to my company?
Ok, to make it simple, I asked her, is there are branch at Jalan Pudu? Maybe I can collect the parcel there?
She answered "Oh, this one I am not sure! Why don't send to your friend's house?"

Wtf...

Finally, I get no mood, and told her nevermind, I will ask the sender settled for you =.="...

What the bad and rude service!!! Airpak Express! Shame on you!!!

I once used this airpark....already request seller use poslaju...still he use airpark....stupid seller....ad the result...my item...take one week to arrive....and worst...i need to go to branch to collect my parcle...wtf....i tot skynet bad...but this airpark...piece of shit.....

Same with Darren, i ordered somthing some taobao. Freight forwarder was Prouter and courrier service they chose Airpak. Very bad service and rude custoerm service. Totally unprofessional . Took 7 days for me to receive my item.

Please avoid Airpak as much as you can. Believe me, u gonna save a lot of hassle by avoiding them

It is a nightmare using airpak!!
I too used 4px to ship my first taobao purchase (airpak to deliver in Malaysia by default). Got a text on we'd saying item will be delivered but I still have not received it (today is Friday). Tracked online it says "out for delivery" - 3 days Singapore also can reach lo. Called their office, forever line engaged. When finally got through, tell me same thing I can see from online tracker. When I raised my voice, then passed the line to "person in charged" that forever didn't answer. Called once everyday still no news about my parcel. God knows if I will ever receive my item. Totally pissed with airpak.

My advise. Go straight to their HQ @ Petaling Jaya and collect your item there. Its a dirty office, rude employee like a loan shark office. Better bring your buddy along. Their van will come back around 6.30PM, so you can go around that time.

Now, everytime i buy online, always ask the seller to avoid airpak.

my experience with airpak very horrible.

bought 2 chairs from seller in KL . item send out and reach JB on 5th september(saturday) so i thought ok prolly gonna get it on monday / tuesday.
waited till tuesday evening still havent reach. feel weird decided to call its jb office on wednesday morning gave me an pathetic answer "will send today "
in the end i receive 1 of my chairs on 15th september 2015 and the other chairs not sure where. after confirming with seller and seller confirming with its KL office the chair the missed out 1 and left it in KL office. zzzzzzz
then the last chair arrive on 22nd september 2015.

2 chairs seller send to airpak KL office on 4th september 2015 and i receive all my chairs on 22nd september 2015.

goddamn courier company. will avoid this company at all cost.

I have been making purchases from china since end 2014. So far, I found the following for my area in Salak Selatan,KL

4x by Skynet: parcels arrived in 2days after clearance from custom

2x by Airpak: parcels arrived in 2-3days after clearance. 1st 2 days got sms said that parcel would be delivered but never arrive. (made me waiting for the whole day at home)

1x by Kangaroo: End up self collect at Cheras Hub after 3days of waiting. The hub was a mess. Parcels lying around. When I called the 2nd n 3rd day, got all excuses and lies. "lorry on the way" "lorry is in your area, will reach in 10mins" "lorry broke down" "parcel will be delivered tmr morning before 10am" blah blah.

So, for my area, Skynet is my choice.

super ultra extreme BAD EXPERIENCES with Airpak !!!
I just made a complaint to their sales person today and IT IS FXXKING USELESS!
I order somethings from taobao, and local courier were assign to Airpak, 21st reach Malaysia and until today YET i receive the parcel!
i was making few days calls on follow up on the parcel and told them to deliver to my house before 11.30pm, and their staff just anyhow promise YES, and in fact i was got ignored AT ALL, NO EVEN A CALL BACK FROM THEM!

I did order item from china by taobao agent and deliver by poslaju

The seller is using Airpack express to send my parcel. According to my tracking, my current parcel status is at documentation prepared, which is at the first stage of delivery.

That status was recorded on 22nd of October, to which until today is still at this status. However, the seller gave me the tracking number on 26th of October, which is only after I urged him. I placed the order and paid on the night of 20th of October.

There are still many stages which is in this order:
1. Documentation prepared.
2. Booking arranged.
3. Collected.
4. In transit.
5. Arrived at Destination.
6. Out for delivery.
7. Delivered.

I would like to ask,

Has my parcel been delivered to airpak express to start the delivery, and that they haven't start the delivery process?

Or

The seller took the documentation eg, the tracking slip, but hasn't send the parcel to airpak express for delivery yet?

Kinda worried... It's been a week. sad.gif

It arrived on 1st of November, but only update in the tracking system on 2nd of November.

The tracking system update is really slow....

It took almost 10 days from KL - TGG.

At least item arrived in good condition.

I just ordered something from Taobao using 4px and my parcel already waiting for custom clearence for two days,usually how Long does it take for you guys :/

Usually it take 24hours to 48hours if items require PHYSICAL INSPECTION by customs. If not, it will be less than that.

This just happened literally in less than 30 minutes

Got a message from a singapore number noting my taobao shipment will be out for delivery at 12:26, check aftership and 4px website, no item found, no listing no nothing, so i open the door hoping they will shout or call me when arrive

By 1230, google around and this thread came up and showing airpak is handling 4px shipment, along with all the bad review since 2011, thought this has already been 6 years, things should be better so maybe i should keep an open mind and give them a second chance.

So yes, stupid me let my guard down and give them a second chance to redeem themselves, but something doesnt feel right, i walk to the door again and saw a blue ticket on the floor and i know i fucked up, fucked up big time to trust someone with no honor in their work.

Pick up the blue card, says 1242 and I'm not home, check my phone, 1246, that was like 3 minutes max, call up the office, someone pickup, and i tell them your guy just drop a card here saying sorry like a few minutes ago, which he possibly have no chance leaving my condominium in such short time, so please have him come back I'll wait for him outside my house.

Waited about 5 minute, no show, call them again, someone else pick up and say the driver already left the area, please wait for 2nd delivery, what the actual fuck, the fucking guy was here like 10 minutes ago, it's lunch time and with the time he needs to walk back to his vehicle there's no chance he can leave the area, give me all the shit, i say i want to speak to manager, pass me to the first guy ( Mr. Rajan, might not be exact spelling ) he say he's already not in the area, he say he already told the courier guy but he didn't want to listen to the manager, why the fuck would he keep this guy then, give me shit talk about ten minute, say he can settle in 1 hour time, ask me to trust him and i say how can i trust him when he just fuck me up 10 minutes ago and and have me wait infront without giving me an update, he just diam diam and i ended up picking the item from the courier guy from guess where, my area.

I've always have trust issue with poslaju but i got ways to handle it, everytime someone ship me stuff with poslaju, i will know the rough timing when it reach my area's branch and i will go there earlier to sit and spam refresh in their branch till i get "item out for delivery" and get it over the counter, but this, this AIRPAK EXPRESS IS ONE HELL OF A NEW LEVEL SHIT,if Guinness World Record have the worst delivery service, the should give them to airpak express

I bought a TV from 11Street. The seller used Airpak service to courier.

1) When they give you info for tracking item, there is also a phone number there for Airpak also. No matter how many times called, no answer.

2) 11Street helpline assisted and gave another number. A girl answered. So I requested that the TV be delivered on Saturday because I will be at home. She said "Can" and "Already input to the system". So means, already arrange for delivery on Saturday.

3) Today (Wednesday) morning, the delivery guy called me asking if I'm at home. I replied already make arrangement for Saturday delivery. He replied "Cannot la boss. I already in Shah Alam area. Need to send today". LUCKILY, so happened, I'm actually still at home at that time. As the driver said, he will arrive in 10 minutes, he arrived with my TV.

That's my experience with Airpak.

Airpak lately is very CRAP.

Sent item on 30th Jan, until today still haven't receive.

Their record says that they came to my house yesterday but no body at home. But in fact my house always has people, and I have checked my CCTV, THEY HAVE NEVER TURN UP.

Now they ask me to go and collect myself.

Avoid AIRPAK AT ALL COST!!!

First time Seller using Airpak and the status of the parcel is "Misroute".

Any idea what that means? I didn't receive any call from them whatsoever. =/

If you wish to claim on the case, please request shipper to revert back to us, we may reconsider it only if you shown us photo as prove that your item is in very bad shape.

Also fragile as in our company language, it's means throw. Please avoid it to have better luck.

Please who ever want to use Airpak just because they are cheap cost don't end up losing your control because they are slower then snail. I used to do drop-shipping business and choose the cheapest shipping which is Airpak. Your item will sit at port for weeks for them to pickup for delivery. This is after the customs clearance. I end up choosing another shipping provider rather then making my customer shout asking when their item will be delivered. i rather spend some bucks to get better service.
