Hi,
I consider to install a central A/C in my new condo but I do not know which company to contact, what is the price difference with windows units.
Any advise/experience would be appreciated,
Thanks

Sorry, maybe I was not clear but when I mean centralized A/C, it is not split units or windows A/C. I mean when everything is mostly hidden in the walls like in most offices and hotels. As you can see here http://www.atayala.com/philippine_lifestyle.php?id=4201Do you know if it is allowed to be install in a condo ? Thanks

Actually this condo is new and not yet renovated or even not completed so I have a lot of flexibility to make the appropriate design right now and running ducting is not a problem at all.
Main reason is for design as those split units are ugly and central A/C is hidden, more silent and more efficient.
I just wonder if it is common in Malaysia and who are the specialistts and what is the cost difference ?
Thanks
