hello, i am a newbie here. recently i am troubled with the issue on body shaper. I heard about elken and crony body shaper, which i wasnt sure whether it helps. my primary objective is to shape my boobs (secondary waist and tummy), will wearing body shaper helps? or i can just wear a better bra?

<--- this is actually my face when I read these threads. The tea is actually arsenic. I'm trying to die.

Anyway yea, instead of moving around a little and being picky with what you eat, you're going to buy something that squishes your fat around so it looks nicer.

*sips tea*

I bet you're paying hundreds of ringgit for that.

seriously, i wont recommend someone to use body shaper. Yes, ur body shape will look good right away but it is not a healthy practise. good bodyline requires time and discipline. thumbup.gif

Hard work and discipline will pay off in matter of time. The body shaper cost around RM500+ depends on the quality and finishing of the product..

I do machine chest press at my gym. Definitely improve my boobs in terms of size and shape. tongue.gif I think for tummy you have to reduce overall body fat... so do some cardio.

Exercise you're only uncomfortable for an hour a day. Wearing that type of garment is gonna have you feeling uncomfortable for hoooours.. and think of the hassle when you have to pee.

LOL I know some people who wear this lah.. the hassle to put it on (especially if you're bigger). You have to wear the girdle and then the corset over it. So when you wanna pee, you essentially have to take everything off. AGHhh.

My friend's mom is kinda big, when she puts this on.. the whole house have to help. Someone to hold the fat, someone to button it up, some to push and pull doh.gif

And some can be really expensive. I think I've seen one that is RM2k.

Don't think a body shaper is advisable. I'm sure there are other healthier alternatives. Your secondary objectives can be achieved with hard work and perseverance - healthy diet, gym, etc.
