Psyllium husk is not detox powder.
It's actually a skin from some kind of seed, thus the name 'husk'.
Actually it's natural, if you have the real raw seed skin, not the kind they market as detox or beauty drink.
And the natural ones are really dirt cheap, because it's just the skin of the seed of some grass.
But if you drink raw... omg... the smell... like seed... and it's like drinking oats and peanut skins.
1 time is more than enough... ughhh...

for me, organic food is for rich people. its just the same if you eat a lots of organic chicken, u still get the same disease when u're eating the normal chicken.

well, organic fruits and veggies are ridiculously expensive. They pay for the label "organic" and I read there is no huge difference btw organic and non-organic. But I try to eat only grass-fed beef.
