Just moved from Villian to Cognition KH3.

Any other Cognition user here?

Since we're on the story of battery duration per charge, how well is it working for you guys?
I'm on wifi since 7am with constant smsing and whatsapping.

On 75% now. Didn't flash anything new since acquiring the phone yesterday.
Just turned off the auto sync + Screen brightness to the bare minimum which, IMO is still pretty bright

only on wifi??... wat about data??... 11 hours just 25% dropped tat is very very good... your screen brightness bare minimum do u mean slide all the way to left??...

i think it will be able to read chinese word for that version.

Been using leomar 2.5 for almost a week now.. On 3g, online trillian, whatsapp a lot, now my battery still 75%..

To tell you the truth, this is the best so far for me.. Tried litening, villain, tkrom, batista b4..

I asked whether you still on stock rom OR custom rom now.? Not whether you're rooted or not..:-P.
The reason i ask is because
1) Some custom rom can make your phone rebooting out of nothing at all if you flash the wrong way (dont be suprise)
2) Some custom rom have bug that keep certain apps force closed. If this app keep on opening and closing then your phone will start feel warm and rebooting.

If you only root but still on stock rom then i suggest
1) you start looking which app/files that can interupt your phone system.
2) Or you in any way had wrongly uninstall certain important phone system app can also lead to this problem.
3) Try to change your telco sim card and see if this problem recur.
4) If you had any casing on your phone, try not use it. Some casing especially the one that cover your on/off button can cause it.
5) Do hard/factory reset.
6) Bring your phone to service centre for checkup.
XXKG is europe version but no chinese language. (got one that look like chinese but i think it's kind of japanese or some sort)
You can try download Google PinYin from market OR flash Hong Kong (not China.!!) firmware to get chinese language.

This is good. Only if you browse /youtubes/gaming the battery will take a big dip. Normal usage just as a phone will not - easily can last you a whole 14-15 hours just on that

only on wifi. my network data is off, yet to get data plan, still evaluating options, digi is cheapest but i keep hearing complaints about service and stuff...

and yes, slide all the way to the left. its still good indoors, but outdoors abit too dark, was out earlier and i realized. 

Ninpo is what? This combination is good?

If you want to flash stock rom with chinese language, go for Hong Kong version not the europe one.

my phone still virgin  , ori firmware & never been rooted...but hong kong firmware still 2.3.3, thinking upgrade to 2.3.4 since they claim better...

My sgs2 temperature rises at 60

Not much different between 2.3.3 and 2.3.4. If you want better then wait for 2.3.5.!!
What did you do with your phone for it to achive that temperatures.??
