makes no sense, why would you want to keep updating and flashing.
find a stable rom, and flash it. end case for your case. if an iphone is ur next choice, its just about the same if you didnt flash. i dont root my phone anymore, and im still contented with what it can do for me daily. honestly, keep flashing and flashing for wut..... if ur a uni student, and ur problem was power and thus u wanna flash to get the best battery management, i think thats bullshit (sorry, no offense, and hopefully none taken)... ur probably with ur laptop everytime... so just plug in the cable and charge ur phone. if ur working, ok, accepted (probably busy if ur in an understaffed company... *cough...."japs"... if ur a student (form 1-5), this is a joke... UNLESS, you just want to blast off from android. basically, i "ONLY" assume the reason why ppl flash is because of the battery life on sgs2 that "BLOW", bloody mislead by that gsmarena with their cockster 2 day's battery so, which one are you? Anyway... flashing back lite'ning... seemed more stable. hmmm... tried to do CF-Root but somehow CWM manager not appearing in the application drawer but i can reboot into CWM QUOTE(Similan @ Aug 23 2011, 08:44 AM) i've just sold sgs2. it's a good phone, perhaps the best android out there. but the update cycles for android software is too fast making me crazy. cannot afford to flash or update every 2 or 3 days. perhaps many like it this way bcos bugs get ironed out, but in the process sometimes more new bugs are introduced. my next phone? better don't mention here. have fun guys. this has been one of the best supported thread available locally. QUOTE(Similan @ Aug 23 2011, 08:44 AM) i've just sold sgs2. it's a good phone, perhaps the best android out there. but the update cycles for android software is too fast making me crazy. Your sold your sgs2 because you can't coop with flash new rom I find very funny because why you want to flash new rom just want to keep with up with everyone trend, just stick to stock rom or custom rom you find is good.cannot afford to flash or update every 2 or 3 days. perhaps many like it this way bcos bugs get ironed out, but in the process sometimes more new bugs are introduced. my next phone? better don't mention here. have fun guys. this has been one of the best supported thread available locally. I'm on Miui and usually update every Friday and I love waiting every Saturday just to flash new build, that's the beauty of android you can just stick to stock rom and wait for official firmware from samsung or flash custom roms that release every day. Good luck in your new phones. |
