All Risk Insurance Programme Terms & Conditions

PRODUCT
The All Risk Program only covers a Product which; -

is purchased new from Senheng / senQ outlet.
manufactured for domestic and personal use, and must be kept in private dwelling in Malaysia only.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The Insurer's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the price of each single item and/or shall not exceed the total purchase price as per Sales/Purchase Invoice.

TERMS OF COVER

Fire & Lightning
Flood
Theft by forcible entry including damage during theft
Accidental Damage
Arm Robbery and Hold-up


BASIS OF SETTLEMENT
Upon approval of claim by the Insurer Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (296691-X) shall undertake to Repair or Replace the Loss/Damage item similar to the original purchase item. However, if the similar item is not available or discontinued in the market, it shall be replaced with an item of equivalent specification or in value not exceeding the Market Price.



POLICY EXCLUSIONS

1. Any loss or destruction or damage or expenses whatsoever resulting or arising therefrom or any consequential loss directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from ionising radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion or nuclear fuel. Solely for the purpose of this exclusion combustion shall include any self-sustaining process of nuclear fission.
2. Loss or damage consequent upon war invasion act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war rebellion revolution insurrection or military or usurper power and any consequence of riot civil commotion earthquake or volcanic eruption.
3. Loss or delay confiscation or detention by Custom House or by other Officials or Authorities.
4. Loss or damage arising from atmospheric conditions (other than lightning storm or tempest) wear and tear gradual deterioration any process of cleaning or restoring or from adjustment repair or dismantling of any part of Property or loss of or damage to any part whilst removed from its normal working position.
5. Loss or damage arising from mechanical breakdown of the property or any part thereof.
6. Destruction of or damage to any part of the Property by its own ignition electrical breakdown or burn out.
7. Loss of or damage to records films or tapes other than by Fire or Theft (and then only for the value as unused material).
8. Any loss or destruction or damage directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from nuclear weapons material.

NOTICE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS
In the event of any loss or damage giving rise or likely to give rise to a claim under the certificate the purchaser shall in all cases give notice to Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (296691-X) or Aon Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd (7544-A) in writing and supply all such detailed proofs and particulars as may be required. In no case shall the Insurance Company be liable for any loss or damage not notified to the Insurance Company within thirty days after the event.
