Actually, it's Pinto in that photo. Huffster turned out to be a snowflake after he changed his quills.
Pinto is the salt & pepper (slightly snowflake-y) pinto hedgehog. 

they love confined spaces by nature. that bowl is much bigger than a toilet roll core which hogs love.

Before I extended the height using the steel wiring, he climbed out. After I extended it, he went UNDER the playpen.    They're very smart little creatures.

Then I changed his cage to a Toyogo box and put in a shoe box as his hide-box. He climbed on top of the shoe box and jump out of his cage, into my female hedgehog's cage (my mum placed the two Toyogo boxes next to each other).

That's how I ended up with Chubster having three babies. 

Leo is being infected by fungal and became baldy ald    ......pity him, all pray for his fast recovery ya, ald went to the vet, vet suggested anti fungal syampoo 1st for 2 weeks, if no improvement then Leo will have to eat medicine...         any1 know why or where he can get this fungal infection?

Dear frenz,

Need help.. recently i've found a hedgehog wandering in front of my house. now i'm keeping it. i've asked my neighbor but nobody claimed to be theirs.

i'm thinking of keeping it.. but as i seen the picture of your hedgehog. mine is actually really big. it need 2 palms to pick it up.. i don't think it's a baby.. is it overweight @ normal..?? does it obese..?? is it dangerous if i keep it .??

help..

yeap, adult nono. Mom asked me to sell ah boy to my cousin coz he got a bit botak botak, i said "cross my dead body 1st" 

glad can read chinese  but seriously, hedgie can be made into medicine 1 ah? u knew this?

They can, but you should make regular stops at the rest areas so they don't get car-sick.

Give them some cloth (with no loose threads that can cut off blood circulation) to burrow in and they should be fine.

Make sure they eat and drink something an hour or more before the trip. You don't want them to starve but you don't want them to throw up during the drive as well.

Hope that helps. All this info, I read in a hedgie forum before, so you can't go wrong with that.

I lost touch with the breeder right after I got my hedgehog from him. I tried searching him a month ago after I found out my hedgehog has WHS. I fed him medicine around 2.15 am this morning and he took it well. But a few minutes later, his mouth started gasping for air rapidly. From that moment, I knew that he will leave me anytime. When I woke up at 7.30 am, he was already gone.
