Bro, just wondering whether you are used to eating other animals or not..? ITS JUST NATURE AT WORK!  shocking.gif

I think he meant feeding his hedgie with live insects sweat.gif
because I too find it hard to feed mealworm so occasionally I feed them kibbles/chicken/pork/salmon and fruits, I curi it from my dog's dinner tongue.gif

monitor her closely. i do the same with mine and this one time i caught her gnawing on a rogue pebble that somehow ended on the grass bit of my garden x_.
and mine mainly just stays in a circumference of 1 meter annointing grass and soil still lol
*
Yup I moniitored her closely, I don't want anyone accidentally step on her.. rclxub.gif
mine run around very fast and then dig dig dig. When it was time to go home, I put my hands near her want to carry her, but she keep making the hiss sound like dont want to go home, so cute laugh.gif

After they get familiar with you, theirwill actually lower their quil and not as sharp and spikyanymore, you can actually pet them but the feeling is not the same as petting cats or dogs because its full of quil instead of fur laugh.gif

U guys didn't provide any hide box for your hedgie? Like what I did, just an ice-cream container with a piece of fleece solve any digging problem... What's more hurting themselves...lol
*
actually i didnt give my girl a hide box when she first came until the following week later, until now she seldom use it, maybe used to sleep without one.. sweat.gif

I want to try and spend 30 minutes of bonding time with my hedgie.

But when reach 15 minutes , she sure will pee and poo on the floor. Then i put her back in her cage , clean it then no mood bond with her d. sad.gif.

How do u bond with ur hedgies?
*
The best time for me is after her bath, she'll let me do anything to her, eg roll her up, cuddle her, cut her nail, rub her tummy (usually she will huff).
