Earlier today after posting here, I rubbed some olive oil on Sush because her skin looks dried.
Big mistake. She went very mad =[ She went biting herself and eating her own quills ><
Cleaned her with warm water lots of time, not working.
Spent hours calming her. In the end she stopped biting herself and now only normal scratching here and there but still refuses to let me touch her. One finger near her, she open her mouth wide ready to chop down my finger ><
This happened once, long time ago. That time I mixed baby oil with shampoo ~.~ The next day she went back to normal. So I hope it's the same for this time too.
Also googled about it. Apparently another owner also applied olive oil on her hedgie. Hers ended up like mine, behaving strangely(eating quills and biting itself etc) but also went back to normal after sometime.
the baby oil smells rite? i never tried on my gal, even after she batch she will be very very very mad at me for a few hours....

yeap, eating quills then annoint, this happens with my gal when she got Leo's quill in her place

i was so scared that she will poke the quill in her mouth, luckily nth happened
