yea, just make sure that everyone hedgie is in good health, check all the quills normal or not, if abnormal such as got yellowish stuff formed around the quill then should just have him or her checked out, better be cautious rather than sorry, so sad when i saw Leo after 3 months

i didnt ask anything specific as this, she just ask me to try the anti fungal syampoo 1st for 2 weeks and coem back to her after 2 weeks if there is no improvement, haiz, pity Leo where did ringworms come from? cat dog?

any1 got any idea how to solve the fungal infection? Leo is getting better but the quills not coming out....haizz......maybe suggest me what to do? TQ

i have tried everything i can....bath him and everything, maybe give him sumore time, if nt will let the vet make him east medicine

hopefully everything is going to be ok with him, still sleeps like no tomorrow and eat same amount everyday

i tried the 8 in 1 ultra blend diet but my hedgei got choked coz of the size and the star shape

Just brought Leo to the vet 2nd time, vet checked thoroughly and he is as healthy as a bull, but still quill loss, haiz.....vet gave OMEGA oil for him to eat with his RC, hopefully he will recover soon......>.<

its pain in the ass to wait for all the quills to grow back as they are

now he is using shampoo oatmeal from NZ to bath, then hot water summore, i wish i were him

bedding i didnt use any wood bedding, just paper the doctor even scalp his skin and look for mites still nth healthy as a bull but botak

how old is ur hedgie? if she is in quilling process then the changes is normal my gal is going to end her quilling stage, no more biting coz i threatened her, u bite me no more mealworms for you

For those who wanna get a storage box for ur hedgie, i dropped by TESCO and found a very suitable and cheap storage box. Details are

1. transparent (u can see what is ur hedgie up to)
2. cheap (RM14.90 ONI)
3. wide and got a LID (59cm x 45.5cm x 29.5cm)

Added on June 10, 2012, 7:15 am4 months old = 16 weeks? maybe its time she is quilling, check the bottom of the quills, is there a ball attached to it. try to search for TINY WHITE BALL on her back of the body, if got, bath her with little amount of DETTOL with warm water and if u got OATMEAL bath even better
