It's just diagonally across the road where current sejari is. Used to be areca contempo site.

I think failed to take off. Can't recall if areca initially covers all the land surrounding that lake or just part of it. Anyway now prt of the land belongs to Paramount and if not mistaken Hatten get a part of it too.

I wonder if it will be below 700k for the 22x70.

Im referring to Sejati Lakeside, not existing Sejati Residence. I don't think the price is out yet as they will launch it on phase 3 only.
